I've been making cheese for about 20 yrs. I have a lot of hobbies that produce a product, but by far cheesemaking has been the lowest success percentage. More on that later I'm sure.
But, as a hopeless romantic, I continue to bang away. I have a source of raw milk that I think I'll pursue now. Gonna get the cheese cave cleaned up and ready for this new push.
