Hey cheese fans! If you're new to making cheese, you're in the right place. Here are some beginner tips to get you going based on my experience.

As always, start simple: Try easy cheeses first. Like ricotta, paneer, or cream cheese. They’re quick, tasty, and great for learning the basics.
Watch the heat: Use a thermometer to keep your milk at the right temperature. It’s a small tool that makes a big difference!
Pick good milk: Fresh milk works best. Avoid ultra-pasteurized milk. it doesn’t curdle well and can mess up your batch.
