Hi everyone! I’m new here and just posted about making cheese with my kids using pasteurized milk. Looking forward to learning from you all!
 
Glad you’re here, @mumof3! My first batch was ricotta from pasteurized milk. Easy and the kids enjoyed sprinkling it over pasta
