Hello everyone here,
I would like to introduce myself. I am Elsje from the Netherlands, living in the North with my husband and a 2 years old Cocker Spaniel, named Lyke.
Since 2 years, I am retired and very happy and lucky to spend my time with all kind of a activities that were too much time consuming before to combine.
One of the things I love is cooking, and I am interested in all kind of related things. Lately, I started cheesemaking and as we speak, my first (little) Gouda cheese is cut en ready to eat tonight, accompanied by a glass of wine.
I started reading several subjects at this Forum to learn from all your experiences. It is a good thing to share knowledge and I am looking forward to new cheesemaking adventures!
