I'm new here and I’d love to hear your favorite cheesemaking recipes. Whether it’s cheddar, brie, mozzarella, or anything in between. Maybe I can learn a trick or two before my next kitchen experiment!

Welcome! Mozzarella is my go‑to starter recipe. It's quick and super satisfying when it stretches properly. Biggest tip: don’t rush the curd heating; slow and steady gives you that silky texture.

Mozzarella is always fun, but brie is my favorite project. The trick is keeping humidity high during aging so the rind develops evenly. It’s a little fussy, but the payoff is amazing.
