Sarah here. I'm keeping this small batch of blue cheese in a mini fridge that I just started aging. Now the smell inside the fridge is really strong. Any tips in controlling the smell without messing up the cheese? Any tips will be appreciated. Please!

Hey Sarah! Have you tried wrapping the cheese in wax paper and putting it in a ventilated container? That's what I do and I also leave a dish of baking soda in the corner and swap it out every week.

hi @the_cheddary05, don't use plastics to wrap your blue cheese. use a breathable material like cheese paper, parchment paper, or even aluminum foil. Then, place that wrapped cheese into a container with a loose lid
