Homemade cheese on the Thanksgiving table

Every year my aunt brings her homemade cheddar, and it’s become a staple next to the stuffing. I’m curious, do you all have a family cheese recipe that always makes it onto your Thanksgiving spread? Bonus points if you can share some photos!

Love that tradition! My grandma used to make a sharp farmhouse cheese every fall, and I miss it. Do you age your cheddar yourself, or is it more of a fresh batch for the holiday?
