Looking for cheese knowledge

Hi everyone,
Branching off into cheese making just feels like the next step for me. I've been brewing my own beer for a couple decades, like to mess around with smoking meat on a pellet smoker, along with making pizzas on my Ooni. Being a long time cheese lover it's time to learn to make my own. Thanks for letting me join the forum .

Hi @vsforg nice to have you here. And you're starting out with cheese making. I've heard of farmers' cheese, are you going to try to make some of that?
