I am trying to get my hands on cheesemaking so I'm curious, what are your essentials when making cheese?

Hi @nant3rre09! For most cheeses you just need milk, starter culture, rennet, and salt. Toss in a thermometer and cheesecloth, and you’re basically armed for dairy magic.
